Sunny S. Tumber’s positive attitude and impressive work ethic, shine through in everything he does. Beginning his real estate journey in 2006, Sunny has worked in many facets of the industry, including new development, land acquisition, multi-family properties, property management, and residential resale. Regardless of the transaction at hand, Sunny enjoys the challenge presented by the ever-changing real estate industry and finds reward in turning each obstacle into a client’s success.

Alongside the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand, Sunny presents an unparalleled customer experience, with two real estate licenses: one in Washington state with The Sunny Company and one in Arizona with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. 

He has personal ties to both states, having spent his early childhood years in Seattle before moving to Tucson for school. Sunny quickly grew fond of the region and decided to embark on his collegiate career in Tempe as an Arizona State University Sun Devil before transferring to the University of Washington, where he graduated as a Husky.  He proudly studied construction and business management, which gave Sunny invaluable insight to thrive within the real estate industry.

Rooted in the industry, Sunny learned the inner workings of the building process from his dad, a long-time Washington State builder. From a young age, he learned the value of what a home represents, and today he artfully works to identify the needs of each client to ensure a seamless transaction, regardless of location and property type. He was an integral part of the Land Division within Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in Seattle, making him well-connected throughout the industry. 

With experience working with varying developers on low-, mid-, and high-rise new developments, Sunny’s expertise in land acquisition gives his clients the advantage of working alongside him on projects from before conceptualization through to groundbreaking and completion, as seen in his robust portfolio of successfully sold projects.

When at home, Sunny is a dedicated husband and father, constantly striving for his family to have everything they deserve. On the rare occasion Sunny isn’t leveling up his real estate business, he’s likely with his family or perfecting his golf swing.
